So the grievance is all wrong, those are not my words. the program if opened
1 per doc kemple i need a medical detox 4 or higher and inpatient pain rehab or best might end up back on a pump, reeading mjh, not sure they do detox and what levels?
there is many pain clinics that are hooked to hospital, for ppl like me with medical conditions.
the couple i gave was my research.
i also want to complain about the company you hired to do case management, they did nothing and left this in a mess.
that said i need case management or help with this. are you saying in one week if the codes are not right i will be in the first week of a 5-8 week in patient stay, as the detox is part one learning to try to live with out pain meds are reducing them takes learning, so i might as well shoot myself now, it took a year of begging to get this and now it being forced down my throat, i have talked to no one about any of these places!! Sheryl and that company was to help me decide and make a wise choice but what happened? so ur saying the hell with Paul after one week, it gives the hospital no faith in blue shield and they probably will not give me the care i need seeing BS want to still play games.
Another part is why no case manager/ i don’t know how when I’m out of it both detoxing and with out pain meds, you can get me out and who will fight for me, you tell ppl don’t should NOT! make decision when on opiates, well over 20 yrs so your asking me to make a life decision even though it bad a dangerous//?? why is this all messed up you ask us to make the bad decision even though you know your to help??
if this is what there is, your blue shield doctors don’t talk, how do you sign them up, this is real said, messing with ppl life’s here, no case, you figure it out goeltz, i have been but now its all wrong, well the best is after a week when they boot me, i;ll go er to er. so what about the case manager telling me to go to drug and booze detox, for 2 months she had me calling those places and listing to there lies you’ll be fine with the serenity bed etc, and Sheryl just said yes to everything, like she had to help another person with one place, does it not take 3-5 place to make an informed decision?? i wanted kemples medical necessity letter and records sent to 5 to make the right choice for me and bs so you get value. you should be a part that what Sheryl was do do not just chicken out.
miamijewishhealth.org/healthcare-services-programs/rosomoff-center/ maybe not best fit, but maybe lowball for you and no one has even compared them, does BS not want whats best??
https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/psychiatry/specialty_areas/pain/patient_information/inpatient.html
https://www.sierratucson.com/programs/pain-management-recovery/
https://lasvegasrecovery.com/pain/
so it appears all the help for a week in a long program, is just insane? is the bottom line the only thing BS of ca cares about.
DO I JUST NEED DETOX?
It’s important to know that detox alone will not solve a drug use problem. Some individuals find that once they have successfully completed detox, they still need to enroll in a program to help them rebuild their life after prescription pain killers. Freedom Model Retreats offers a Cognitive Behavioral Learning program that uses self assessment and self change to teach guest to reevaluate their choices and decisions and to make choices that are more productive. Guests learn the importance of forming habits and behaviors that are positive and more purposeful and they realize that they have the power to take back control of their life and to have a life that is permanently free from substance use. see most detox is for abuser, they get to learn to cope and so do i it takes tiome 5-8 weeks to tryiong out different meds, drips, etc, we dont get this right i will be back, i will take this to the highest court. the boozes and dopers dont have any issues but paul goeltz who omnly takes what is giving noting lost stolen etc, i been told your not hooked so no detox and you can go to any detox and blue shiled will get with the place to decide?? ok what is the plan after detox? is there detox what level, can i pay for higher like 5/
anyway please dont leave me after one week if you want me to go to miami jewish is a program, they are layughing at BS all ready, your showing your card, they know you dont want to pay. i can say if i dont get into a good program
this just seems like here toss paul a bone and we dont even know if this is right place
pg

Poo-Pourri’s New Viral Video Gives You Tips
Poo-Pourri’s New Viral Video Gives You Tips on How to Poop at a Party
First work from its in-house content studio
Poo-Pourri has created an online film division called Number 2 Productions, which will be led by Suzy Batiz, founder, executive producer and CEO. The new division’s main goal is to follow in the footsteps of companies like Red Bull and Dollar Shave Club—companies that have turned their brands into digital-content-creating machines.
Its first DIY effort, dubbed How to Poop at a Party (below), was posted on YouTube on Tuesday, where it’s already garnered 2.4 million views. In the past, the Addison, Texas-based marketer has created a handful of popular videos that have utilized creatives and production houses such as “Uptown Funk” video director Cameron Duddy and Objects of Affection. That will no longer be the case.
“We have a very specific, delicate brand voice that is purposely hard to pull off,” said Nicole Story (pictured below), the lead director for Number 2 Productions. “By bringing production in-house, we have full control.”
There are a pair of forthcoming videos that be released in the next few weeks to complement How to Poop at a Party.
Will Clarke, Poo-Pourri’s vp of marketing, added that his CEO Batiz has had the idea to create an in-house production team “for a while.”
“We had a strategy meeting with [YouTube parent company] Google earlier this year, and after we left that meeting,” he explained, “they affirmed that this is exactly where we needed to take the brand and the company.”
The company makes a deodorizing toilet spray, which it sells online, while competing with names like V.I.Poo. It has hired Hollywood veteran Tess Kelly as a producer to round out a five-person department, which otherwise consists of current Poo-Pourri marketing staffers.
There will be no TV ads as part of the current campaign, per Clark, who described digital as the “cornerstone of our strategy.”
“The internet allows us to ‘go there’ with our content in ways that TV doesn’t,” he said. “It also gives us real-time analytics that allow us to keep our spend efficient and effective.”
ORLANDO TIED TO @SCVWD GEORGE KAMENJAITI
Yet another appalling mass murder in the US, the bloodiest yet, has once again focused world media attention on the Indispensable Nation. 50 dead, 53 wounded, and all the work of one ISIS-sympathizing, rabidly homophobic (though closet gay, apparently), Muslim-American, tax-paying, Mecca-visiting (yet non-religious), divorced, ‘disturbed’, ‘gentle’, NYPD-loving, America-hating, father-of-one terrorist working a steady job for 9 years with the world’s biggest private security firm.
An Everyman for our times then, it would seem.
The story goes that, at 2am on Sunday 12 June 2016, 29-year-old Omar Mateen walked into a dark nightclub packed with 320 people having a good time. Mateen is carrying an AR-15 rifle and 30 magazines of ammunition on his person. In the dark, beneath the flashing and strobing lights, he begins shooting and goes on to reload and empty his AR-15 rifle 30 times, firing nearly 1,000 rounds of .223 ammunition. In the process, he achieves the remarkable feat of killing or injuring one third of the people around him, the majority of his victims being shot multiple times, some as many as 12 times. And he does all this in under 7 minutes. Alone.
That, dear readers, is the ‘official story’, aka, ‘all the news that’s fit to print’.

Now let’s take a closer look at The Timeline (one version of it anyway), as reported by CNN:
The first shots were fired just after 2am, presumably at patrons inside the club. A police officer was on duty at, or in the vicinity of, the club. He was initially joined by two more police officers and they exchanged gunfire with ‘the shooter’, who was apparently outside the club at this point, but who then ran back into the club. How he got into the club in the first place, armed to the gills, isn’t disclosed.
Anyway, the first 3 cops were joined within minutes by “about 100 officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Orlando Police Department.” At 2:09 am, nightclub employees sent a message via Facebook telling patrons to “get out of Pulse and keep running.” Then nothing happened for 3 hours, ostensibly because the remaining patrons were being held hostage. Police officials said they had to hang around all that time “to access the situation, get armored vehicles on the scene and make sure they had enough personnel.”
Access the situation? That’s either a typo and it should read ‘assess the situation’, or too many of those cops were idling in the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts.
The only thing of note, we’re told, that took place during that time was that the shooter called 911 to tell police that he was doing this for the leader of ISIS, who he named and pledged loyalty to, before expressing solidarity with the supposed perpetrators of the Boston Marathon bombings (which took place in 2013, before ‘ISIS’ existed) and solidarity with the Florida man who died in 2014 as a suicide bomber in Syria for Al-Nusra Front (a terrorist group the US State Department is working around the clock to distinguish from ISIS as ‘moderate’ because it is arming and funding it).
At about 5 am, SWAT police units used an armored vehicle to smash their way into the club, confront the suspect “in the doorway and shoot and kill him.” Another variant of that ending has the ‘lone wolf’ engage in a one-hour shoot out with SWAT units, subjecting them to “a hail of bullets” before he is killed. Job done, everyone goes home.
Florida governor Rick Scott then gave the ‘Orlando Strong’ speech…
“This was an attack on our people, an attack on Orlando, an attack on Florida, an attack on America, an attack on all of us.”
US president Barack Obama followed up with the ‘Love and Light’ speech…
“In the face of hate and violence, we will love one another. We will not give in to fear or turn against each other, instead we will stand united as Americans to protect our people, to defend our nation, and take action against those who threaten us.”
And that’s it; end of story.
There are, however, a few small details to iron out, like squaring the above with the following testimony provided by several people who were actually there at the club that night:
Part 1
Part 2
Multiple shooters coordinating a tactical assault on the club? Keeping exits blocked to maximize the death toll? Snipers keeping the cops at bay?
Who were these gunmen? Where did they go? Who do they work for? And more to the point, why isn’t the media reporting this, at least alongside the incredible story of a lone wolf whose astonishing kill rate put Hollywood action movie ‘heroes’ to shame?
The very fact that the Orlando mass shooting simultaneously targeted pretty much all of America’s fault lines points to the psychology of those behind it. We’re not looking at wayward chance here; we’re looking at someone or something that knows Americans better than they know themselves (and no one knows Americans better than their authority figures).
This is the terrorists (the actual ones) once again ‘hitting the paranoia switch’, as psychologist Martha Stout describes in her seminal work, reviewed here.
Then again, never mind; these are just trivial details and ‘conspiratorial’ speculation (based on eyewitness testimony). What’s really important is that everyone gets together to cry crocodile tears for people they wouldn’t ordinarily give a damn about, pledge their undying support for the military-industrial complex, and remember to vote this Fall for the most authoritarian ‘leader’ (take your pick between Killary and raging baby-man Trump) who will lead Americans (and the world) further down the road of global chaos and, quite possibly, ultimate destruction.
SCVWD Water District Board Expected to Fire CEO Beau Goldie TONIGHT.
The Santa Clara Valley Water District’s board of directors is expected to meet in closed session Thursday and fire CEO Beau Goldie.
An agenda for a closed session meeting says the head of the water district, which is responsible for whole-selling water and providing flood control for 1.9 million people, will be the subject of “separation/discipline/dismissal/release.”
Another item on the agenda says an appointment will be made for an acting CEO. Possible successors to Goldie are not known at this time.
Goldie’s job status has been up in the air for the better part of a year. He came under fire last spring after concerns were raised aboutcontracts he signed with RMC Water and Environment, which is owned in part by the husband of one of Goldie’s top deputies. Goldie did not disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Since that time, internal documents leaked and inadvertently releasedto the press suggest Goldie violated several district rules on the awarding of public contracts. The district has refused interview requests with Goldie for the last few months.
Goldie became CEO of the district in 2009. He worked his way up the ranks after joining the agency in 1984.
This story will be updated.

ARE CLEARLY TIRED OF THE TRUTH ABOUT THE WASTE IN THE BOARD ROOM AND WANT TO HIRE TEMP
WORKERS, WHO PRETTY MUCH HAVE DO RIGHTS!, SO SURE GEORGE K IS READY TO TAKE HELM OF THESE

How Do You Sleep At Night?
I contracted at the district. The general lack of ethics was joked about constantly.
The three midgets that run the IT department in descending order:
a-The idiot who came highly recommended by a senior staff member (Deputy)
b-The Spineless One (Unit Manager)
c-The Sociopath (Help Desk Supervisor)
These three abusive A**HOLES should be investigated!!!!
They are just as guilty as ANYONE at the district. I’m sure everyone is more concerned
with the CEO and the larger, more exposed issues at hand. But these “men”, probably handle
quite a bit of the taxpayer dollars, and they, in turn, should be looked at as a
department. They should be investigated for prejudice, impartial treatment of employees,
nepotism, racism, falsifying documents, destroying evidence in the form of e-mails and
documents, and in general: MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO PUT IN A LEGITIMATE 8 HOURS
AND GET PAID FOR A HARD DAY WORKED!
Guys like this are on easy street at the SCVWD and it’s just one cover-up after another.
They know where the bodies are buried. Maybe they get a cut from the Board Room
upgrades??? They are like corporate mobsters. But that would be giving them too much
credit. They are like COCKROACHES, and dear Mr. District Attorney please be ready when you
turn on the lights……

Biggest idiotic writing style pet peeves. Misusing Know, No; They, They’re, Their, there. Too and to I get mixed signals from people on proper use, but I choose to believe what my favorite English teacher taught me. It’s either an adjective (too, too many, expressing excess) or as a replacement for the word “Also”.
Sorry RMC.. or maybe it’s not me but are savour from metro??..Well you will find me a most pleasant person, don’t have a degree in writing, but i think the point is clear. telling about the mayhem as others have at scvwd. bugs my mom also and she is a teacher, main point your tax dollars or prop tax is being misused . call/email me anytime. bidders, george, happy to engage.
I find your lack of pronouns disturbing….
Poor Robert got his little pet peeve offended, thought only Grandmas have pet peeves!! Maybe you should consult your pet rock that you got offended by a two letter word, that more likely was done purposely. Since you cannot comprehend the bigger story here, not surprised you commented on that!!
Wow that’s actually some nice writing there bro. No, I get the bigger picture of this story. Goldie used his influence to get his wife contracts, irresponsible spending in other departments under his command.
Here I’ll say something.
RMC Water and Beau have shamed my initials of “RMC” and are no longer allowed to use it. Furthermore, Beau, you have brought shame to the “Distinguished Mustache Gentlemens Club.” Please see your way out the door and turn in your badge to security on the way out.
Happy now?
Why is talking about Koehn’s career a thing? I remember Daily Fetch used to do this as well (talking about how Koehn was trying to get a job with NBC).
What’s the backstory here? Cousin Cortese do you know?
Superficially it seems like Koehn can only do this work here (long form investigative reports on important local political issues). You know the dude writes about food as well right haters?
@rmc well i love you either way! not the enemy, the enemy is you water district. i also find my writing disturbing, however it lets the readers know what’s going on.
What these comments are missing is the obligatory Darcie Green reference! Let’s remember that Barbara Keegan, chair of the Board of Directors of SCVWD, very recently resigned from the board of DAWN, of which Darcie Green was president. Chair Keegan’s resume says she’s a licensed civil engineer with two degrees from San José State. I don’t live in her district or know anything else about her, but to me that makes her way more qualified to be on either a board of education or a water board than Darcie Green.
Here’s a little musical accompaniment for the impending climax of the stories of Beau & Darcie:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pjPTfygX3U
Let’s give it up for both of them plus all the gals at DAWN plus all the civil engineers at RMC as they stride off into the sunset!
As for Josh Koehn, at least a million people in Santa Clara County have no idea what he has done for them by terminating the careers of these two “public servants”. If only little Santa Cruz County could rate a serious, objective muckraker of his caliber. The paper would be twice as thick.
So looking at some of the links above and SCVWD website. A couple of years ago employees spoke up in item 2.1
http://scvwd.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=3&clip_id=1182
And now a RFP is online to operate the AV Boardroom. Did these employees leave or were terminated?
Something fishy going on with this as well it seems!
http://cas.valleywater.org/go.jsp
The manager and IT unit manager decided to stop upgrades, and ongoing work, and to allow things to break, software get old etc, even take out the VC equipment and more to try and justify a new boardroom follow all the links Beau, ravi, CAO , fung and george lied about what is in the boardroom and what the system can do, its all on tape as they got up and lied before the board. We have been complaining for 5 years about management fraud, this is another RMC, there is 1000s worth of unused equipment, and missing equipment, yes i left and the other av person now they want to take away his job for temp workers, if you read the statement of a fired temp, you don’t want to be a temp there. again want more info ask i have dates, names, places etc. and there is a purchase trail showing over 3 million spent on boardroom and upgrades, and if you read rfp they claim they will upgrade in 2yrs, if they would have continued maintenance, and not forced the SR IT tech out the system would be buzzin. you would leave also if your manager told the unit you are a drug store and walks employees around the lake and tell them made up stories about co workers, I cannot say why they have not got rid of the other tech, but clearly he has spoken up regarding IT management lies, about the boardroom as i have. this rfp is proof they want people they can fire at a whim.
call email anytime info above.
pg
Robert you still can’t comprehend ! Go talk to your pet rock!! Beau did not give contracts to his WIFE!
Stop while your behind BRO! Lol
How many user names do you have? Wife? wife of RMC head that worked for him? Tish, small details. Overall he was a bad man, who did bad things, and he’s getting fired. Is there really more to understand than that?

Late last month Leach’s journey took an odd and controversial turn, when he announced that he was replacing all the microbes in his intestines with the microbes belonging to the Tanzanian hunter-gatherers he was living with. According to a blog post pened on September 30, he “inserted a turkey baster into my bum and injected the feces of a Hadza man.”
Hunter-gatherers, Leach told VICE, are “connected to the world in a way that we’ve always been until recently: the children are born in the dirt, they’re breastfed for an extended period, and men are covered in the blood and feces and stomach contents of animals. They haven’t been overrun by medications of the modern world. These people are the microbial Noah’s Arc.”

Over the past two years or so, others have tried similar projects, giving themselves enemas full of the poop of healthy people; they claim the DIY procedure provides almost instant relief from the symptoms of diseases including ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. The ideas behind these sort of treatments are challenged by some. The anthropologist and pseudoscience debunker John Hawks called Leach’s experiment “just wrong,” and on October 2, Jack A. Gilbert, a sometime colleague of Leach’s, published a paper warning that sloppy science, or sloppy science journalism, might cause people to perform risky and inappropriate procedures on themselves.
But at the same time that this field is being taken over by “citizen scientists,” real strides are being made. As the New York Times reported recently, Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston just developed a pill that provides effective relief for sufferers of Clostridium difficile, or C. diff, a common and painful bacterial infection. The pill contains human poop, but swallowing shit that way is a much simpler and more comfortable than full-on fecal transplants.
These treatments are about helping a favorable community—for lack of a better term—of bacteria grow inside of you in the hope that it will overwhelm the nasty C. diff bacteria. In other words, bacteria don’t simply make diseases disappear, and putting other people’s poop up your rear end isn’t a cure-all.
“I think people have grabbed onto this as sort of magical thinking: If I could just get a fecal transplant, my Crohn’s disease would be gone!” said Dr. Elizabeth Hohmann, who helped develop the poop pills. But while there’s good science behind fecal transplants, Leach’s experiment sounded dangerous, she added. “Taking some bushman’s stool and injecting it up your butt, especially if you’re not an ill person, that doesn’t make any medical sense to me and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.”
The problem with ordinary people shooting poop up their anuses, Hohmann said, is that there’s not enough data on these procedures and the benefits and risks. “We get into the questions of, Is this something you would need to repeat, how many times, what is the minimum dose?”
Leach was aware of the dangers of his experiment, and did try to be as safe as one can be when injecting a stranger’s poop into one’s bottom in the middle of Tanzania.
“We took the [poop donor] to a small hospital and had [HIV] tests done. The risk was I didn’t know anything about his parasites but I’m not necessarily overly concerned with parasites,” he said. “There’re a lot of bad parasites out there, but there are parasites that maybe my immune system would appreciate.”
In the six weeks since the procedure, Leach has been collecting stool, blood, and urine samples from himself to track what’s happening to him. He didn’t report suffering from any illnesses, but he has lost 16 pounds without changing his diet. When VICE spoke to him he was in good spirits.
“I think the fecal transplant stuff is going to become very mainstream,” he said. “We used to not talk about marijuana and now that’s front and center and acceptable.”
