@homedepot​ #HOMEDEPOT THE JOB WENT WELL UNTIL THEY CAME BACK IN  MINUS 20 WEATHER TO REPLACE DOUBLE DOORS, LARGE PICTURE WINDOW AND ANOTHER DOOR, ALL THESE WERE BROKE OR MEASURED WRONG..  CHAD THE INSTALLER HAD A MONTH LONG TROPICAL VACATION THE NEXT DAY SO DOOR SEALS WERE NOT ADJUSTED, CALK WAS PUT ON LIKE IT WAS GOLD AND TOLD I HAD TO FIND A WARM DAY TO PAINT,, SO THEY FIXED SOME OF THE LEAKS, THE UPSTAIRS WINDOW IS FALLING OUT, AND I WAS TOLD TODAY SORRY YOU GET NOTHING NOT EVEN WARRANTY,.

SAD THING IS THEY ARE WRONG AND IT WILL NOT BE ME THAT WILL LOSE THERE JOB, I PUT IN OVER 50 CALLS, MANY NOT RETURNED , HERE SEE FOR YOURSELF  AND THE 2ND FLOOR WINDOW IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY.  @Craigmenar @homedepot

Then after more than 50 phone calls, they came rehung door but still leak, not straight, swapped window, but the new window guy said slide the window a crack open and see if its straight, 7 windows the install like door not square, left old anderson frames and top picture window no insulation.

the store says i closed the job and asked for money back, not true i stopped payments until they fixed the problems, even eric mercer knew this, they left the windows/doors wrote it off as a loss and gave me money back,  but screwed it all up, the new window person has to fix home depot’s mistakes.  EVEN BANK IS MAD AND LIED TO.

EVEN THE DOOR REP SAID THIS IS WORST INSTALL EVER, WHATS FUNNY IS THEY JUST LEFT IT ALL HERE.

I do hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving as well.  Per Eric, at the corporate office, The Home Depot has been released from any dispute and/or repairs regarding the install since there was a charge back to the store in the amount of $2317.21 & $6383.97 on 8/11/2015 that cleared the account and left you with a credit balance refund of $4922.90. I do apologize for any inconvenience that you are experiencing and wish there was something more that I could do. Because of this, the case has been closed as of 12/08/2015.

so home depot destroys my windows doors, leaves me high dry no comp for leaky windows doors, who released them i never signed anything i signed a contract for doors and windows, they walk off the job

​they are the ones who without asking just left​.

this is way out of line

eric no one from last july has called to come fix windows.
 i never charged back anything
eric i call your number and get some lady
wait till i send the pictures of the windows most if not all in crooked, tghe top window no foam insulation/ or just calk, rotten wood, i asked chad if he should do tm, he said no  call in house
